Bruce is an internationally recognised authority on direct & digital insurance distribution in emerging markets, having been invited as a speaker at over 30 international conferences by such leading organisations as Swiss Re, Munich Re, Continental Re, Deloitte USA, International Insurance Society (IIS), African Insurance Organisation (AIO) and Sanlam group.

With over 20 years of experience in this specialised field he has worked with clients in South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, India, France, UK, UAE, Lebanon and Egypt, with a deliberate focus on high-growth emerging markets.

Bruce is a graduate of Leuven University in Belgium and the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
