Narinder is a technology-driven leader with 20 years of experience in operations across the policy life cycle and catastrophe modelling for commercial Insurance and Reinsurance. He has extensive knowledge of process design, continuous improvement, and project management. Narinder is passionate about new technologies, innovation and building a better world for operational excellence that works with business alliances and generates opportunities to enhance customers' overall experience. A staunch advocate of Technology and People working together to powerful effect. Currently employed by AXA XL as Vice President of Automation and Business Intelligence, He is in charge of process excellence, automation, and business intelligence programmes across three shared service centers in Poland and India. Narinder has finished Executive General Management Program from India Institute of Management -Lucknow. He is also a Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
